This service is extremely similar to our contingent model with it being no-win no-fee, however with an Exclusive agreement you must only be partnered with William Parker Group and cannot engage with other Recruitment Companies. This model is therefore cheaper than a contingent model as we have a higher chance of success, and it also allows our resourcing team to dedicate more time to the search.
Collaborative Relationship Agreement
Our Collaborative Relationship Agreement has been built around the concept of instilling long-term partnerships and relationships with our clients. This offering requires our clients to pay part of the fee in advance, before the search commences, which allows William Parker Group to design a resourcing strategy to our client’s requirement. William Parker Group will agree set deadlines and KPI’s that need to be adhered to by both parties, this will ensure a smooth process, with both the Client and William Parker Group working in collaboration to ensure success.
With 100% success rate since inception, this model almost guarantees you will make a successful hire. However, if for whatever reason a successful hire is not made, the initial upfront payment is not lost, it is credited to the account and can be used for future business. Therefore, we call it a “Collaborative Relationship Agreement” as we hope this will foster long-term relationships.
This is our no-win, no-fee service model. This model is typically used by Clients that want to trial William Parker Group and get to know us without assuming any risk. With this model, you only pay a fee once a candidate signs a contract to commence employment, therefore it is free to review CV’s, Interview Candidates and even extend an offer.
