This offering requires our clients to pay part of the fee in advance, before the search commences, which allows William Parker Group to design a resourcing strategy to our client’s requirement. William Parker Group will agree set deadlines and KPI’s that need to be adhered to by both parties, this will ensure a smooth process, with both the Client and William Parker Group working in collaboration to ensure success.

Prioritised Search - all of our Clients that utilise this service have their roles prioritised over our contingent and exclusive searches, to guarantee optimal results and time spent on these searches.

Agreed Timelines - William Parker Group will work with you to decide specific dates for milestones to be achieved such as long list, shortlist, interviews and offer. This allows both parties to ensure that the completion of the project stays on track and the hiring managers can organise their diaries ahead of schedule to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Cost Efficiency - it is cheaper to engage with William Parker Group through a Collaborative Relationship Agreement than it is any of our other services. We are able to reduce the cost of this service as the likelihood of success is almost guaranteed and we are not competing against other agencies.
